The AT&T Sales Team Member will build relationships with local businesses by presenting AT&T's wireless devices, Business Fiber internet, and VoIP solutions that enhance productivity. As an AT&T Sales Team Member, you'll receive training in business solutions and sales management. The AT&T Sales Team Member will be engaging decision-makers face-to-face, presenting our wireless devices, cell phones, Business Fiber/Internet, and VoIP solutions, and managing accounts with professionalism. Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Representative Meet business owners in person to understand their workflow and introduce AT&T Business options that open sales opportunities. Learn to review account activity and identify service gaps that can be improved through AT&T Business upgrades, supporting stronger sales outcomes. Explain AT&T Business features in clear, relatable language that builds confidence during sales discussions. Support the creation of tailored quotes and assist with account activations to maintain a smooth sales process. Document each interaction clearly to support accurate account tracking and timely sales follow‑ups. Strengthen AT&T's footprint in Atlanta by building rapport and maintaining ongoing business relationships that support future sales opportunities. Qualifications of the Entry-Level Sales Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not required. Precision in documenting account activity, tracking leads, and managing sales pipelines. Skilled in presenting AT&T Business solutions in sales conversations. Energetic, dependable presence suited for daily face‑to‑face sales interactions with local business owners.
