We are looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for their work, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, proficient in listening to determine the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities:

Sales of major home appliances and bedding. Sincerely and enthusiastically greet customers, without pressuring or becoming overbearing. Qualify the customer through listening and asking questions. Demonstrate the features and benefits that support customer needs established during the qualifying process. Help customers make an informed decision based on their needs and wants. Stay up-to-date with technology and product information. Accurately input all sales orders and track them through the delivery or pickup process. Responsible for maintaining accurate and attractive merchandising displays in the store. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (Monday-Saturday). Basic computer competency. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Previous high-end retail sales experience is preferred.
