In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with their purchases, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and appreciated. Whether handling transactions, demonstrating products, or restocking shelves, your positive attitude will drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell items to increase sales and meet store targets Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and appealing Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks Communicate effectively with customers using phone etiquette and bilingual skills when needed Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and engage customers actively Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to connect with diverse customer bases Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales techniques Experience in providing excellent customer service in fast-paced retail or grocery store settings Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
