We want someone with a positive, team attitude that will appreciate our fine pieces and love coming in to the store every day like we do! We are looking for a part time associate, and someone available to work every Saturday with flexibility to fill in other days throughout the week. Our regular business hours are 11 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday; responsibilities would include opening and closing the store. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and upselling where appropriate, encouraging them to come to our in store events, etc. Share merchandise with customers and practice encouraging additional purchases like accessories, handbags, and coordinating items Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Handle cash and process payments accurately while following proper cash handling procedures Skills Strong communication skills with customers and store owners to ensure things are running smoothly Previous retail experience a major plus Proficiency in using POS systems and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations Experience in arranging merchandise, organizing inventory, and retail sales to support customer needs a major plus This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to enjoy downtown Savannah in a premier location with luxury fashion you can't find anywhere else!
