Position Summary Jules' Tools is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Retail Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has experience using power tools, and is comfortable performing retail, warehouse, shipping, and inventory responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection and questions. Operate the cash register accurately and process customer transactions. Demonstrate knowledge of power tools and safely explain their operation to customers. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management. Stock shelves and keep the showroom and warehouse clean, organized, and well maintained. Must be able to test tools for function and quality. Load and unload merchandise safely. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Assist with additional store and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Must have experience working with or using power tools. Strong understanding of common power tool brands and applications is preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with shipping and receiving procedures is preferred. Inventory management experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer skills are preferred. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
