Position Overview As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the heart of the customer experience in our Snellville location. You'll educate customers, guide them in making healthier lifestyle choices, and ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Engage and educate customers on Lean Kitchen meals and products Create a welcoming environment for all customers, whether they make a purchase or not Help customers choose meals that match their health and fitness goals Act as a knowledgeable, approachable resource for nutrition and wellness Store Operations Restock retail and refrigerated areas; maintain a clean and organized store Follow daily setup tasks and store checklists provided by leadership Monitor inventory and handle deliveries (requires lifting up to 50 lbs) Maintain and operate the shake bar, serving signature shakes with consistency Customer Service Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism Process sales and gift cards using the POS system Assist with customer account updates and meal plan customizations Team Collaboration Work with store leads and management on daily operations and special projects Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by embodying our core values: Enthusiasm, Knowledge, Emotional Intelligence, Influence, and Discipline Qualifications Retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred Passion for health, fitness, and helping others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible availability, including some weekends What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a health-forward, growing brand Positive, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on meals and supplements Potential for advancement Apply today and help our community eat better, feel better, and live better.
