Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Thrift Store Associate and be the friendly face that makes every shopping experience memorable! In this role, you will help manage daily store operations, assist customers with their needs, and ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized as well as sorting, pricing, and tagging of incoming donations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about products and store policies Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and visually appealing through effective merchandising Process donations, including sorting, pricing, an displaying items on the sales floor. Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
