Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Residential Landscape Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing relationships with homeowners, identifying their landscaping needs, and creating customized solutions that enhance the beauty, functionality, and value of their properties. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an appreciation for landscaping and outdoor living environments. The Residential Landscape Sales Associate will meet with prospective clients, prepare estimates and proposals, follow up on leads, and work closely with our operations team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. Duties Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to generate repeat business Prepare detailed project proposals, estimates, and contracts that clearly outline scope, costs, and timelines Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction Manage site visits for assessment, consultation, and presentation of tailored landscaping solutions Manage crew members to execute clients' vision for their outdoor areas Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Supervising experience leading teams in lawn care, construction projects, or tree care operations Demonstrated success in sales within the landscaping or outdoor services industry Knowledge of plant and hardscape material and general maintenance practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team coordination Familiarity with safety standards related to landscape construction and maintenance Join us as a Residential Landscape Sales Manager to energize our growth trajectory by blending your expertise in horticulture with your passion for leadership.
