POSITION SUMMARY
Admissions Team Members are responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of their assigned work location, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their work location in both guest view and back areas while providing excellent Guest Service. Admissions Team Members perform all tasks with the focus being on the guest experience. Work locations include but are not limited to, toll booths, ticket kiosks, season pass processing centers, turnstiles, welcome centers, and parking lots. Communication of park information, admission costs and guidelines, safety rules, and crowd control are included in the daily job functions. Admissions Team Members work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks. Professionalism and a positive outlook are required at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain excellent Guest Service and ensure guest problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions, interacting positively, and resolving concerns Operate assigned Admissions locations in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedure Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures Complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly Operate cash register and have a thorough knowledge of procedures used in handling, recording, and counting money Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner Complete PCI/Cash Handling training; perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures, including cash and credit card handling Protect company assets: money, merchandise, and equipment. Maintain accurate records and loss prevention techniques by reporting any shoplifting, counterfeit bills, or any other activities that may be detrimental to the park Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner Satisfies Wild Adventure's standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations Perform other duties as assigned

This position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in the presence of dust and odors. EDUCATION
Currently enrolled in High School, High School Graduate, or GED preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Strong basic computer skills; must be able to operate and understand the park's point of sale system(s)
