Greet and engage customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences, providing personalized guidance and advice on materials, styles, and functionality Explain complex features, differences between products, and care instructions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, financing options, and sales documentation Maintain showroom appearance by arranging attractive displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment Track inventory, receive shipments, and manage stock levels to ensure product availability Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, often with commission-based incentives Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service, including delivery coordination and issue resolution .
