What You'll Do:

Build relationships with new and existing members Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email Schedule intro classes and studio tours Confidently present memberships and close sales Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Deliver exceptional customer service and create an amazing member experience Support community events, marketing efforts, and studio promotions

Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred Comfortable with outbound calls, lead follow-up, and closing sales Proven ability to work toward goals in a performance-driven environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and highly motivated Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
