This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. You'll handle daily operations at the counter, assist customers with their needs, and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Preparation for opening and closing everyday such as stocking all ingredients for poke bar, bubble teas, utensil, keep the all areas clean including bathroom. Assist customers with taking order of poke bowls and drinks, also answer questions about merchandise to promote sales Upsell products and suggest complementary items to maximize store revenue Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties with integrity Manage phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and directing calls appropriately Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate store activities and customer needs Provide bilingual assistance when needed to serve a diverse customer base Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery or convenience store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math skills Experience conducting product demos or upselling to customers enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail merchandising practices is advantageous Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve a diverse clientele This position is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise while providing top-tier customer service.
