Do you love donuts, coffee, and working with great people? Island Glazed is a fast-paced donut and coffee shop looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working hard, serving others, and being part of a positive team environment. No experience is necessary—we're happy to train the right person. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. What You'll Do Prepare fresh donuts and coffee beverages Provide excellent customer service Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Follow food safety and sanitation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team culture What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Treats others with kindness and respect Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Prior bakery, donut, or coffee shop experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Availability We are looking for someone who is committed, dependable, and flexible. Our greatest need is for overnight production shifts, which may range from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, depending on business needs and scheduling. Please note that while some shifts may be overnight production shifts, other shifts may be scheduled during the day or early morning based on the needs of the business. Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts are important for this position.
