As a Sales associate, you will welcome customers, deliver them with exceptional customer service, provide them with adequate product/Oshikatsu knowledge, and make sure customers have a pleasant experience. Duties Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS Square (point of sale) purchases Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers Comply with inventory control procedures Qualifications An appreciation for Japanese pop culture (i.e. anime, manga, idols) Previous experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to stand for long hours Ability to lift and carry heavy items Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
