Members will gain retail and customer service experience in a positive, fast-paced environment. Members will work with streetwear brands such as Carhartt WIP and Awake NY. Associates are expected stay up-to-date with our product offering and maintain our store's visual appearance with the utmost care. The duties of every team member are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. Associates enjoy discount benefits at all Island Snow locations as well as the Stussy Honolulu flagship. Summary As a Sales Associate, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and basic math will enable you to effectively manage transactions and assist customers with their needs. With premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations, you will help showcase our offerings and drive sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be essential in fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring customer satisfaction in our grocery store setting. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Stock and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience Proficient in retail sales and cash handling, including experience with cash registers Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math for accurate transactions Effective communication skills to engage with customers and address their needs Experience with POS systems and merchandising techniques is a plus
