Requirements:

What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience Assist customers in finding products and solutions that meet their needs Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom Support our Outside Sales team in delivering outstanding customer service Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Build positive relationships with customers and team members Help maintain a clean, professional, and inviting retail environment Pitch in wherever needed to support the success of the team What We're Looking For Previous retail sales experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Basic math and computer proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment screening following a conditional offer Why Join Bargreen Ellingson?
