Retail Store Associate

Pay:

$28/hour + 5% Commission Ayatar Boutique is seeking a reliable, professional, and sales-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident working with customers, motivated to generate sales, and serious about contributing to the success of the business.

This position is intended for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and focused on customer engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with purchases and styling recommendations Build customer relationships and confidently recommend products Generate sales and provide a strong customer shopping experience Process transactions using the Square POS system Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Support daily store operations and sales goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable approaching customers and making sales Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
