Job Description
Overview of position: Front Gate Attendant greets and interacts with guests providing a safe, efficient and quick entry into Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii. Duties are but not limited to the following: Adheres to work schedule, reports to work on time, well-groomed and wearing a clean uniform. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service to Guests as their first point of contact into the Park. Use the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system for purchases of admissions tickets, season passes and special events. Follow all cash handling policies to guarantee an accurate cash balance throughout the duration of the shift. Responsible for the accurate recording of all ticket options to confirm an accurate record of Guest attendance. Monitor entry of all Guests at the turnstile ensuring that guests are in compliance with park standards which includes dress codes, confiscating unauthorized drinks, beverages and/or weapons. Keep up with all promotions and advertisements.
