Job Description

Our Hilton Hawaiian Village salespeople earn an average of $22.00-$25.00/hour (inclusive of an hourly wage of $17.00, commission, and bonuses). This Retail Jewelry Sales opportunity involves engaging, educating, and entertaining customers from all over the world while working at one of the top tourist destinations in the nation! We offer a hands-on training program that allows you to earn while you learn. Responsibilities Include:
• Greet with enthusiasm, engage, and educate to understand the customer's needs. • Committed to building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Assist in maintaining an attractive store appearance in both cleanliness and product presentation. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Working as a team to achieve individual, store & company objectives. Handling transactions efficiently and accurately Maintaining high security standards
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. If you value challenging work, enjoy being in a team-oriented environment and excited about delivering the "Aloha Spirit," we want you to join the most professional, successful, dedicated team in the jewelry industry. • Strong work ethics with high integrity High enthusiasm combined with a positive attitude, dedication, and drive. Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Basic computer literacy
Compensation:
Hourly Wage - Starting at $17/hr Up to 5% Commissions Paid Bi-weekly on all sales
