Job Description

Mauna Loa Helicopters offers elite Private Helicopter tours. Are you an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard worker, and outgoing individual who wants to be a part of a dynamic team? This is for you! Looking for someone who can work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturdays. 10-hour shifts. Daily Duties (but not limited to):
  • Greeting with Aloha and in a timely manner
  • Dress in our company uniform (Polo shirt)
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Booking reservations
  • Organizing/Confirming all reservations
  • Responsible for keeping the office clean and professional Skills required:
  • Happy, Positive, Enthusiastic, and Must be Reliable
  • Takes initiative
  • Comfortable with Windows programs
  • Organized
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Customer Service experience
