We are looking to staff our dealership with individuals who have great attitudes and are as excited about Harley-Davidson as we are. Open Tuesday-Friday 10am to 6pm Saturday- 9am-4pm Closed Sunday and Monday We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team with a focus on quality customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. Major Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential customers to generate leads Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands. Ensure customers are properly qualified based on their needs, wants and ability to buy. Conduct a road test, and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer. Remain current with all sales department and related training in an effort to continually learn more about the products and services you sell. Able to work cross-functionally with all departments, with an emphasis on the Sales Department. Demonstrate commitment to the dealership's philosophy of quality service to all customers and acts as a role model to other dealership employees. Be able to handle customer complaints quickly and courteously, demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to making things right. Qualifications & Job Requirements Self-motivated/self-starter, comfortable working on commission. Exceptional customer service skills, with high energy and upbeat positive attitude. Must have the ability to get along with a wide customer base. Excellent communication skills Computer literate with typing skills and open to learning new software and computer programs. Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone. Licensed rider preferred, or willingness to obtain license.
