What You'll Do:
Help pet parents find products they can feel good about — from raw food to squeaky toys Share your knowledge of nutrition, ingredients, and product benefits (don't worry — we train you!) Operate the POS system with accuracy and confidence Assist with stocking, merchandising, cleaning, and creating a welcoming store vibe Love on the dogs who come in (we mean it — our store dogs are regulars) Be part of a small, friendly team that works hard and laughs often
What We're Looking For:
A pet-loving human with a friendly, professional attitude Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn about holistic pet products and share that knowledge with others Great communication and problem-solving skills Dependability and flexibility — weekends and evenings are required Able to be on your feet and lift 30-40 lbs (bags of dog food don't walk themselves!)
