Full-Time Position Overview European Motors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to help showcase our inventory and support our sales team. This position combines automotive marketing, content creation, customer service, and vehicle sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, comfortable using technology and social media, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a strong work ethic. This role offers the opportunity to earn additional commission income through vehicle sales.Primary Responsibilities:
Vehicle Marketing & Inventory Management Photograph incoming inventory vehicles. Create professional vehicle listings and descriptions. Upload and maintain inventory on dealership websites and online marketplaces. Ensure all vehicle information, pricing, and photos are accurate and up to date. Monitor online listings and update vehicles as needed. Video Content Creation Assist with shooting vehicle walk-around videos. Help create social media and promotional content. Work with management to highlight unique inventory and dealership services. Maintain a consistent and professional online presence for the dealership. Sales Support Greet customers and assist with vehicle inquiries. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives. Assist customers during the sales process when the primary salesperson is unavailable. Follow up with leads and customer inquiries. Maintain CRM records and customer communications. Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Help create a welcoming and professional dealership environment. Support dealership events, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online platforms. Ability to take high-quality photos and videos. Strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
