Overview Candy Store Associate (Part-Time) Lagomarcino's has been making the Quad Cities and beyond a sweeter place for more than 100 years. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Candy Store Associate to join our team and help create an exceptional customer experience. Part-Time | Day Shift Available | Immediate Start Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, professional manner Explain products and services to customers Fill and process customer orders accurately Operate the cash register, handle payments, and follow cash procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work environment Monitor inventory and restock products as needed Assist customers with chocolates, candy, ice cream, and sandwiches Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers Availability to work Saturdays required Ability to lift 15-25 pounds occasionally The Ideal Candidate Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic Takes initiative and stays productive independently Values cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail Enjoys creating memorable experiences for customers of all ages Takes pride in contributing to a welcoming, community-focused team Help us continue making the Quad Cities a sweeter place—one smile at a time.
