Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory counts, supporting efficient store operations Use phone etiquette skills to answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person Support supervising staff by helping train new team members, ensuring adherence to store policies and excellent service standards

Duties:

Provide Expert Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, understand their wireless needs, and recommend tailored Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and accessories. •

Drive Sales and Earn Commissions:

Actively promote and sell Cricket Wireless products and services, achieving and exceeding sales targets to maximize commission earnings. •

Process Sales and Transactions:

Accurately handle sales transactions, including activating devices, setting up accounts, and processing payments using our POS system. •

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:

Maintain a deep understanding of Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and promotions, and conduct engaging product demonstrations. •

Maintain Store Appearance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, and assist with inventory management. •

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. •

Communicate Effectively:

Clearly communicate product information, promotions, and store policies to customers.

Requirements:

Sales and Customer Service Skills:

Proven ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and close sales. •

Communication Skills:

POS and Cash Handling:

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures. •
