In this role, you'll work directly with customers to educate them on wireless products, services, and technology solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. No experience is required. We provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to discuss wireless products and service options
  • Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain service features
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Process new customer enrollments and account updates
  • Stay informed on current promotions and wireless offerings
  • Provide excellent customer support throughout the customer experience
  • Participate in daily training and team meetings Qualifications Experience is not required; however, candidates with backgrounds in the following areas may transition well into this role:
  • Retail sales
  • Customer service
  • Hospitality
  • Restaurant industry
  • Wireless or telecommunications
  • Brand ambassador roles
  • Client relations
