Sales Associate Stu's Home Improvement Outlet - Dubuque, IA Earn More. Sell More. Grow With Us. Stu's Home Improvement Outlet is one of the fastest-growing home improvement retailers in the Tri-State area. We sell appliances, furniture, flooring, cabinets, vanities, doors, lighting, and more at savings of up to 90% off retail. We're looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy helping customers, closing deals, and earning based on performance. What You'll Do Assist customers in finding products for their home improvement projects. Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Generate sales from showroom traffic, referrals, and online leads. Follow up with customers and help guide them through the buying process. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom. Work with our team to create an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend availability required. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
