Schedule:
Monday-Saturday schedule, first and second shift hours Key Responsibilities Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawn transactions Evaluate and price merchandise based on market value and store guidelines Explain loan terms, repayment policies, and store procedures clearly to customers Operate cash registers and process payments accurately Maintain organized and attractive sales displays Inspect merchandise for authenticity and condition Build positive relationships with repeat customers Monitor inventory and assist with stocking merchandise Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations Help maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail, sales, customer service, or pawn shop experience is a plus Basic knowledge of electronics, jewelry, musical instruments, tools, or collectibles preferred Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and handle cash responsibly Comfortable working with diverse customers and merchandise Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills Ability to lift and move merchandise as neededPay:
