BRAND NEW

location at the Village in Meridian ID. We pride ourselves in having a safe and healthy work environment, with a team who strives to work hard but still have fun! We are looking for someone with an energetic and outing personality who is Detail Oriented and Customer Focused. We are also looking for someone with a strong background in Retail sales with a interest in bath, body and beauty products.

Retail Sales Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer/detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in store events and providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products based on their needs
• Utilize excellent communication skills to provide product information, pricing, and promotions
• Participate in " in store " events that will require you to be hands on with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Up sell products to increase sales revenue
• Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

• Proven experience in retail sales environment
• Strong ability to up sell and cross-sell products to customers and obtain product knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of stock management practices is advantageous
• Ability to learn product knowledge
• Conflict Resolution Skills
