Plumbing & Electrical Sales Associate

- Full Time - We are open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm Saturday 8am to 5pm Sunday 9am to 4:30pm

• Salesperson/ Sales Associate We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Plumbing & Electrical Sales Associate to assist customers with home improvement projects.

This role involves advising on both rough-in and finish plumbing and electrical products, as well as lighting solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on, and delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

Advise customers on plumbing, electrical, and lighting products, including items such as bulbs, tubs, toilets, sinks, switches, outlets, wiring, and related materials. Review drawings, illustrations, or images of projects and explain proper procedures for completing tasks. Educate customers on product features, brand differences, and installation methods. Prepare special orders for items not currently in stock. Accurately record items using scan gun or keyboard, total purchases, and assist customers through checkout. Load and deliver merchandise to customer vehicles as needed. Inspect returned products to determine eligibility for refund or replacement. Operate office equipment (computer, printer, tablet, calculator) and store equipment (scan gun, pallet jack, material handling devices). Stock shelves, counters, and displays; ensure merchandise is properly labeled and organized. Set up promotional displays and maintain assigned aisles. Clean and maintain work areas, including shelves and counters. Assist with inventory counts and ordering merchandise. Perform warehouse duties, including climbing ladders to retrieve products.
