The New Business Sales Support will serve as a specialist in collaborating, planning and executing of all pre-sale preparation and execution. This role will support new business sales activities to optimize sales effectiveness and organizational efficiencies. The New Business Sales Support serves as a specialist in the planning and execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate for this position will possess these skills: + Detail oriented: ability to identify and locate key pieces information in documentation provided by the Sales team. +
Technologically-savvy:
quickly learn tools within Salesforce and proper procedures in submitting various data requests. + Clear communication: thoroughly understands incoming requests and can effectively and immediately communicate any factors that may impact timely completion of delegated requests. + Time management: timely execution of tasks with the ability to execute requests based on priority +

works well with team members and across departments +
Multitask:
can manage several requests at a given time ensuring clear documentation and execution along with pivoting at a moment's notice based on RVP need.
Job Duties:
+ Manage assigned work in shared sales intake mailbox + Assist Assigned Sales RVP on pre-sales needs + Administratively assist with the new quote to confirm Sales process + Backup colleagues based on workload during time-off + Manage pre-sales Salesforce data integrity + Ongoing management of Task Dash and review and resolution of Monthly Audit + Employees are audited monthly to ensure accuracy of data in the system + Work cross functionally with multiple departments Required Qualifications + 1-2 years relevant experience. + Experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel. + Knowledge and experience with administrative operations. + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, environment. + Demonstrates Aetna values through actions and communication + Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to effectively collabora To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
