Job Description

Position Type:
Part Time, Seasonal Schedule:
Flexible shifts, includes evenings and weekends Overview You support daily kitchen operations during peak summer months. You prepare all food items with consistency and speed. You maintain a clean and organized workspace. You help deliver a high quality guest experience through food presentation and safety. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation Prepare ingredients for charcuterie boards, including slicing meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments Assemble charcuterie boards to company presentation standards Prepare and assemble oven baked flatbreads Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and cost control Label and store all prepped items correctly Kitchen Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep area at all times Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Restock ingredients and notify management of low inventory Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries Inventory and Ordering Track daily usage of all food items and prep ingredients Complete end of shift inventory counts for key items Communicate low stock and purchasing needs clearly to management after each shift Assist with ordering and purchasing of food items as directed Ensure proper storage, rotation, and waste control to protect margins Sanitation and Safety Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain proper handwashing and hygiene practices Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, and equipment regularly Ensure proper food storage temperatures and rotation using FIFO methods Dispose of waste and recycling according to company standards Team Support Communicate clearly with front of house and kitchen team members Support team during busy service periods Follow direction from management and adapt quickly to changing needs Qualifications Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds Food handler permit required or ability to obtain prior to start What You Bring Reliability and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Compensation and Perks Hourly pay based on experience Employee discounts Opportunity for continued employment beyond seasonal period based on performance This role is critical during our busiest months. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
