  • Start ASAP We are a growing local business specializing in revitalizing traditional cedar floating docks on beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Instead of tearing out and replacing old docks, we repair, restore, and upgrade them — saving our customers tens of thousands of dollars while preserving the classic look and feel of the lake. We're looking for one or two reliable full-time crew member to join our small, tight-knit team (owner + two part-timers). This is hands-on outdoor work in one of the most scenic places in the Pacific Northwest. What You'll Do Repair and restore cedar floating docks (floats, framing, decking, hardware) General carpentry, framing, and construction tasks on the water Load/unload materials, operate hand and power tools safely Work from barges, boats, and lake shorelines Help deliver high-quality results that customers rave about Schedule & Pay Full-time, 40 hours per week Flexible hours and scheduling (early starts common in summer) Overtime available and encouraged Work 5-7 days per week if you want maximum earnings Seasonal, but probable Year-long work with strong seasonal peak (spring through fall)
Pay:
$20
  • 30 per hour depending on experience.
Who We're Looking For Some construction experience preferred (framing, carpentry, deck building, or general trades) College students or recent grads welcome — especially those looking seasonal work.
