The role of a Guest Service is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company's core values. A Guest Service Associate's primary goal is to educate guests on the value of our Wax Pass savings plans and current promotions available to them. GSAs manage the reservation schedule and overall flow of the Center. Even better, they help to shape the future of European Wax Center and support guests in feeling Unapologetically Confident in their own skin.
