This role involves performing high-quality exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential clients, as well as engaging with potential customers to promote our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights. Prior experience in sales, cleaning or janitorial services is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Very high potential for promotions at a very quick rate Duties Perform window cleaning and exterior surface cleaning for commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and other access tools safely to reach high or difficult areas Conduct thorough cleaning of building exteriors, including siding, gutters, and other surfaces Engage with potential clients to promote our cleaning services, provide estimates, and answer questions about our offerings Maintain safety standards at all times, including proper use of safety gear and adherence to OSHA guidelines Prepare work areas before and after cleaning tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client information accurately Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is highly desirable Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar access equipment safely (training provided if necessary) Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably on ladders or lifts Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in exterior building maintenance while engaging directly with clients.
