Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and assisting in purchasing decisions Daily housekeeping

Learning and studying product knowledge to assist customers appropriately Helping management process shipments Stocking shelves and hooks to keep the store full Continuously promoting a positive and professional work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have a high school diploma Cash handling and counting Excellent interpersonal skills Coach-ability and listening skills Able to lift 40lb boxes Able to stand for at least 6 hours Must be available for nights and weekends Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is encouraged but not a must.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
