Retail Sales Associate

Counter Strike Supply Company is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. We specialize in uniforms, duty gear, public safety equipment, and outdoor products while serving law enforcement, first responders, public safety professionals, and retail customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning new products, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers Help customers find uniforms, apparel, duty gear, firearms and other related products Operate point-of-sale system and process transactions Answer incoming phone calls and customer questions Receive, stock, and organize inventory Maintain clean and organized sales floor displays Assist with order fulfillment Help with general store operations and projects as needed Provide exceptional customer service to retail and agency customers

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills Comfortable learning new products and systems Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Firearms, law enforcement, public safety, uniform, or outdoor equipment knowledge is a plus but not required Must be 21 years or older.
