Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and create a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and retail math applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and last minute as needed. A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
