Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team at Elite Vapor. If you have a passion for vaporizers, e-liquids, and providing exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow with our store!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable information on vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories Understand customer needs and help them find the right products Process transactions using a POS system and handle cash/credit card payments Maintain store cleanliness, ensuring products are neatly displayed and organized Keep up-to-date with the latest vaporizer products and trends Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience in the vaping or smoke shop industry is a plus (we provide training if you are new and willing to grow) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once Must be at least 21 years old Knowledge of vaporizers, e-liquids, and vaping accessories is a bonus but not required (we provide training) Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude How to
