Parts Associate Burks Tractor Co. - Twin Falls, ID $18-$22/hour We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts person to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage transactions will be key to ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and credit card payments accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Check in freight and put away part in the proper location . Stock shelves and ensure products are readily available for customers, adhering to inventory management practices. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Foster a friendly environment that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service. Qualification Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our customer outreach effort.
