In this energetic role, you'll engage with customers, showcase our exciting products, and create memorable shopping experiences. Whether assisting with product demonstrations or managing transactions, you'll be at the heart of our retail environment, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and upselling where appropriate Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized Conduct stock replenishment, inventory checks, and assist with stocking duties to keep the store inviting Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff in daily operations and help train new team members on sales techniques and store procedures Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable Experience supervising or leading small teams is a plus Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Knowledge of retail math for pricing, discounts, and sales calculations is advantageous Join us to energize your career in retail sales!
