Drive Growth:
Source new opportunities through strategic inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound prospecting (calls and emails).
Manage Relationships:
Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, ensuring their long-term success and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Own the
Process:
Manage the full customer lifecycle, including order entry, billing, and issue resolution using QuickBooks and MS Office . Be the
Expert:
Represent Amerimation at industry trade shows and conferences to stay ahead of market trends and build your professional network.
Hybrid Engagement:
While primarily office-based, you'll occasionally take the lead on local customer site visits to close deals and build rapport. ## What You Bring to the
Table The Sales Mindset:
Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, and business development. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks . If you've used a CRM, even better.
Communication Mastery:
Exceptional oral and written skills with the ability to explain technical products simply.
Customer-First Attitude:
A demonstrated passion for solving problems and providing "above and beyond" service.
Mobility:
A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for local prospective customer appointments.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. ##
