AT&T Retail Sales Associate

44th Management is hiring an AT&T Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Aurora. In this role, the AT&T Retail Sales Associate will help customers explore wireless products, cell phones, and data plans while providing a positive in-store experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and staying active in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate. As an AT&T Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers with new activations, upgrades, and account support while helping them find services and devices that fit their everyday needs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face. Responsibilities of the AT&T Retail Sales Associate Welcome customers into the store and provide friendly, professional support Help customers compare AT&T devices, wireless plans, and accessories Answer questions about products, promotions, and account options Support customers through activations, upgrades, and account changes Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment Build positive customer relationships through communication and product knowledge Stay up to date on AT&T devices, promotions, and wireless services Work closely with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction Qualifications of the AT&T Retail Sales Associate Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and consistent availability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, or sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay:

$3,850.00 - $5,000.00 per month
