Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product selection, fitting room guidance, and styling advice Conduct product demos to showcase the quality and versatility of our apparel collections Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges Upsell complementary items by understanding customer preferences and needs Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract shoppers' attention Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Support inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and stock replenishment Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to boost sales and customer engagement Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Skills Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math calculations Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as product demos and stock organization Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred) Demonstrated upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Strong organizational skills for stocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks Experience with customer service in fast-paced environments like grocery stores or retail shops Join us at Clothes Mentor Aurora where your energy fuels our success!
