  • Bolingbrook, IL Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Retail Sales Representatives at our Bolingbrook location.
This is a full-time W-2 position working directly with customers in a retail environment. If you enjoy helping people, learning new products, and building your sales skills, we'd love to meet you. This role is a weekly salary paid role due on experience + commissions. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a retail setting and provide exceptional service. Educate customers on products and services from leading brands including Vivint, AT&T, and Clean Energy solutions. Learn and maintain strong knowledge of all products, promotions, and service offerings. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. What We Offer W-2 employment status Pay between 750
