Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable, and eager to contribute to business growth through strong client relationships and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Stay informed on company offerings and industry trends

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems is a plus
