We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our dispensary team. As a Cannabis Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Your passion for cannabis and desire to help others will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their needs and preferences Maintain a clean and organized dispensary Accurately input customer information and transactions into the Point of Sale system Verify customer age and eligibility to purchase cannabis products Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

At least 21 years of age willing to submit to a state and federal background check High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role Knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
