Your Day-to-Day:
Guide customers through the sales process with a focus on hospitality and consulting—not high-pressure tactics. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives to demonstrate features and benefits. Utilize our CRM to follow up with leads and maintain relationships with previous customers. Stay up-to-date on the latest Cadillac and Lincoln product knowledge and technology.
Who You Are:
A Communicator:
You love people. You have retail, bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience (no car experience? That's okay! We train).
A Self-Starter:
You are motivated by setting goals and smashing them to increase your paycheck.
Tech-Savvy:
You are comfortable using email, text, and tablet/computer software to manage your day.
Requirements:
