Store Associate 7-Eleven

Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Store Associates to join our 7-Eleven team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately Provide friendly and helpful customer service Follow and comply with all 7-Eleven brand standards and store policies Assist with ordering and inventory management Support merchandising and product displays Stock shelves, coolers, and maintain product availability Maintain store cleanliness and organization Complete cash handling procedures and cash summary reporting Assist with other daily store operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
