Job Description
Parlor Doughnuts is seeking reliable, energetic part time Team Members to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and creating high-quality food and beverages. Responsibilities Greet and serve customers promptly and professionally. Build positive relationships while ensuring quick, accurate service. Keep all supplies stocked and organized at all times. Answer customer questions and provide menu guidance. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms. Restock display cases with fresh doughnuts. Assemble boxes, stamp bags, and keep merchandise and grab-and-go items neat. Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages. Prepare food items, including specialty products (Keto, Vegan, Muffins, Cookies). Prepare layered doughnuts from start to finish. Maintain fryers, inventory, glazes, and toppings. Assist with cleaning tasks such as dishes, sweeping, and trash removal. Arrive on time and ready for early opening shifts at 4:00 a.m. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer-service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods. Basic coffee or food service knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods. Experience & Certifications Food service or customer service experience preferred but not required. Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Certificate or applicable state certification. First Aid, CPR, or fire-safety training is a plus.
